Domestic & International Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic US Delivery Times are Stated below:

Standard shipping (5) business days.

Priority shipping (1-3) business days.

International Delivery Times are Stated Below:

Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days.

Priority Shipping: 8-10 business days. 

These days do not reflect processing time. Please allow time for orders to be processed before shipment.

 Once shipped, 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please always check your spam folder, if you do not receive an email in your primary mail.

WE are not liable for any products stolen or lost during shipping. Once the delivery company marks an item delivered, and with proof of delivery, we have fulfilled our duty to deliver item to you.  If you cannot locate your package after this, first look around immediate areas such as yard or porch. Second, ask neighbors if they’ve mistakenly received it. If your package fails to be located, please contact our customer service team. A claim will be filed with the shipping courier, and they will conduct a thorough search. 

WE are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders shipped internationally are shipped via USPS International Economy. Your order will arrive 15-20 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location. Please be advised each country will vary on delivery times.

The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. 

Essential Veil has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. 

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

IMPORTANT: Failed Customs Fees on International Order  

If your order has been dispatched and arrives into your country of residency and you then fail to pay your country’s customs fees/duty fees — your order will be sent back to us after the customs hold period has expired.  Once we receive back your international order, we will deduct 15% of the total goods value only on the order as restocking fees & also deduct the shipping fees paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable

We will then email you back to see if your country is available to ship to, and to get an estimated shipping quote. After this, you may order online per usual.
