Our policy last 14-Days since time of purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a re-fund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags not removed under any circumstance, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at .
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all Black Friday Deals, as well as all clearance items.
Please Note : All accessories including, hijab undercaps, hijab pins, hair scunchies, and face masks cannot be returned due to hygienic and COVID-19 reasons.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order shortly after placing it, please be aware refunds will not be automatically applied. Funds clear from the website into an account within 1-2 business days. We can only start the refund process after funds have been cleared. After refund is issued, please allow up to 2-7 business days to see funds in your account.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We are a policy-oriented business. We do not derail from our policy nor change it under any circumstance. Once a customer purchases an item, they are agreeing to the 14-Day Return Policy. Under the rare exception a customer proceeds to send back an item past the 14-Day Window, we will apply the Restock Fee and Penalties as described in detail below.
Restock Fees & Financial Penalties ( if applicable )
Upon arrival, your return may have a penalty of a minimum of 25% and up to a 50% refund deduction. Customer will decide if he/she agrees to this penalty. If not accepted, the item will be sent back to the customer. This exception is rare and only applied if necessary. Customer will be made aware of this fee before proceeding with the penalty. Only Essential Veil will decide if this exception applies to your order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
